When Gary Bystrom started Chisel 3D, he realized he'd found his true calling. The theming business requires just what he has: a unique mixture of creativity, artistic skills, engineering acumen, technical knowledge, mechanical ability and management smarts. Joining Gary on the Chisel 3D team are designers, computer modelers, sculptors, fabricators and painters as well as marketing and administrative staff.
