There are many ways to create a themed environment: with characters dreamed up in one's imagination, with a fun motif like Mardi Gras or pirate ships, or with oversized props and letters guaranteed to generate the proverbial double take. One of the more challenging approaches to bringing a theme to life is with detailed figures that emulate people, animals, fish or things that actually exist -- or at least we think they did...

Chisel 3D has taken on the challenge of sculpting and fabricating animals, fish, people, body parts and even dinosaurs in amazingly accurate fashion. Many times, our customers for these realistic items are natural history or other museums, children's science centers, aquariums and libraries. But these hallowed halls aren't the only ones who see the value in keepin' it real. We've also created authentic replicas for marketing agencies, experiential event companies, sports teams and TV shows. A giant grouper for the hit show, River Monsters, is a good example. This project was especially interesting because they wanted us to fabricate the fish so he would actually move for a promo spot they were filming. We can't give away the secret of how we pulled it off, but let's just say that big guy gave host Jeremy Wade a run for his money!
